Trans Sport > everything else.
3400 lbs, 3800 cc'* that'll do the trick.
i'd like to get an awd GMC safari and drop in the typhoon motor. lowerit with some good springs, poly bushings and whatnot. custom exhaust, typhoon wheels, tastefull body kit, black it out and have some bullet "Monsoon" badges made. bad ***.
a friend of mine is a little upset that my Vandal beat his impulse, so he'* building the ultimate monster-van. he'* got a 3.8 areostart with a blown motor and a lincon Mark VIII that took a side hit. he'* trying to stuff the 32 valve V-8 into the areostar. i'd pay to see that.

And boy oh boy do I love the sound of that...A 4.3 Turbo would be awsome... I think those were good for 290-300 ft Lbs bone stock weren't they? Ii couldn't imagine what it would do with a little tweeking

I think a LS1 Astro would be even better!!! If a LS1 Camaro can get about 25-28 on the highway, just imagine what the Astro w/ LS1 could get!!!! (provided you don't speed EXCESSIVELY!!
