OH THE HORRIBLE MEMORIES. That was the worse job I ever had, and they wonder why there is such a high turnover rate.
As for if there are people that stupid that call, YES. The worse thing is that I dealt with COMPANIES ONLY, no residential service. Oh the stories I had.

yeah I am also a "senior analyst" now. I miss taking the fun calls.
In regards to turnover rate of approx 90 people we have had only 4 have quit or been fired in the past year. However to get a job you pretty much had to have gone to college for some sort of degree. And yes even though we deal with the Government and Fortune 500 companies, half the people that are supposed to be "system admins" dont know what they are doing either.
