Even had other drives with me that was there even freak out on them about it cause they didn't count a few of my laps.. . Maybe when I get some time.. I'll see if I can put my MR-4TC back together.
The comp reads the names of all the upcoming racers and your car numbers. You go get your transponders, and everytime you make a lap it beeps over the PA so you know for sure if you were counted. The comp tells you half way through your pace and how many laps you'll have at the end if you keep that pace. It also updates you on placings while you race.
Then just after the race is over it reads off the top 4. It'* neat!

93SSEI ... nice collection of fleet you have.. any weak points to the T-Maxx? Compared to Tamiya'* or Associated? everytime mine grows... something causes me to sell or get bored of a few... good luck in the race.. see if you can squeeze in a pic of your R/C with a Bonnie in the background ( since Xtreme RC and RC Car Action will probably cover it )

Wow... must be new then.. cause when I was there they were still using the old technic of somone yellin out the number of the cars passing by whiel some guy on the laptop hits the corrosponding # on the keyboard...Now I'm eager to get sometihng back on the road soon ( think the Yokomo MR 4TC is outdated and don't have the weight balance like the newer Pro series II and III or Associated T3 ) anyone know anything about Losi'* new TC? When I got side tracked out of the sport.. that was the last anticipation I heard. Any feedbacks? 93SSEI? ( since you work at a hobby shop )

Yea, two years ago was the fabulous yelling out the number system, LOL.
Last year was transponders with no automated computer speaking deal.
Then this year is as I explained above.
Everything runs much more smoothly now, and the printouts are better and a lot easier to read.

I have a RC10T3, 2 1/10 oval cars, a Parma Dodge Ram, A modded Clod buster, and I used to race 1/8 gas offroad buggies, I spent alot of money on that stuff, but it was like all I did when I was 15-19.
