if so, tell me how, my filter wrench is at school, advance didnt have one to fit mine and pepboys and autozone were closed :(

screwdriver + hammer = good filter wrench.

New needed it myself but I have watched some people do it.

and to reinstall the filter you dont need a filter wrench but just tighting it tight

large pair of channel locks if you can get them in there.

ok i dunno wut a channel lock is, and correct me if im wrong but the screwdriver andhammer sounds like you nail the screwdriver into the old filter to become a handle then twist it out, yes?
