I work a mid-shift at work. So, I'm no stranger to sometimes not being able to get to sleep. In that case I'll take a Unisom and within an hour or so, I'm out. You know when it'* working cause you're whole body feels like Jell-O.

I need to up by like 7 and if I do take a sleeping pill I am concerned that I will not wake up in time. I am a deep sleeper so the alarm really has no effect. I am hoping for an easy day this morning/afternoon. Lot'* of coffee. Were tight too
