Were your multiple bruises, cuts, etc. in the police report? Pictures would have been nice, but if it lists your injuries that should be fine. Just by reading your first post, I got a good idea of what you looked like. Generally, sometimes descriptions may make it sound worse than it was.

The police report has atleast 5 photos of my various cuts and bruises. It also has taped recordings of the voicemails that are on the first page of this thread. It also includes statements made by the girl about the incident. What she said about the incident completely parallels what I said so it'll be coming from two different people with the same story more or less. He will know this is coming soon probably. Everybody in town knows that this happened and I swear it'* the biggest peice of gossip that'* been around this town in a long time. EVERYONE knows about it. I work with a bunch of highschoolers and they like to talk to all their friends about what happens around town. That'* pretty much how everyone knows about it. Nothing I can do about that though.

Well he'll find out sooner or later! I got assualted in a bar without even speaking a word to the guy who threw the beer bottle at my face. I didn't know his (real) name, but the cops found him. He didn't see it coming. Fortunately for me, I never knew the guy before that night, plus he would have been too chicken to try and find me.

I'm not sure what will happen if he violates your PPO, but let'* hope he doesn't. But if I were you I'd end the fight if there was a next time since that may teach him a lesson more than the law will...unfortunately.

Sue that bastard. Go see that lawyer that hates this kids father. Sue for everything you can. Once you start keep your nose clean and always have witnesses to your whereabouts. I'd take bets that this kids would cut himself and call the cops saying you came over and did it. As for the girl, I'd date her just outta spite now; if the lawyer said it was ok. don't do nothing to screw up the law suit.

I would add one thing to what everyone has said. From the sound of it, this guy will be coming after you, PPO or not. At the very least, I would recommend that you purchase a chemical defense spray or stungun, be alert at all times, and learn the local laws regarding its use.
That said, there is only one truly effective form of protection in cases like this.

Get her to consent to placing a camera in her living room, then somehow let this lunatic know you're there. Guarantee you get him locked away.

Custom - You haven't mentioned if you want to continue seeing this girl. If so you should consider some security measures that will make it harder for this guy to gain entry into both of your homes.

I told her last night that we can't be seeing eachother anymore. if she'* not going to do something for herself and get out of this abusive relationship, I'm not going to watch her live that kind of life. I have too much going on for me right now too with college to let something like this ruin things for me. It sounds selfish, but I just cannot be involved in something like this. It'* not my type of lifestyle... Right now, i just want the drama out of my life, that'* the #1 priority, and unfortunately, the drama is coming from that one source.
