Dude, you know you smoke wormwood, right? Damn kids ![Roll Eyes](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
And isn't it spelled absinthe? Anyways.. no I have not tried it. I hear it'* good.
I think high proof alcohol is used as a mixer, is it not?
Erowid on Absinthe
Erowid on Wormwood
I'm surprised Erowid doesn't have a whole lot of info on Wormwood.. oh well. Inform yourself, guys.

It is illegal to get real absinth in Canada...however that doesn't mean that it is impossible to get ![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Just have to know people and have the money to back it up.

I bought it at our local government Liqueur store.
Cost was $80. for a 26 oz bottle.
It is bottled and distributed from the Czech republic.
It is spelled Absinth without an e on the bottle (Hill'* brand)....maybe the Czechs don't know how to spell it, or the internet reference doesn't. :?
It is 70% alcohol content.
It is wickedly powerful and very pleasant tasting. Reminds me of Galiano with a slight liqourish flavour.

so what you are saying is that you got non-hallucinogenic absinthe.. (sans-wormwood) so i have now officially lost all interest in this thread...

God you guys, all getting excited over "Hallucinogin Absinthe." Just drop some acid ![Smile](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/smile.gif)
In all seriousness though.. is it like getting high, drinking this stuff? Alcohol is made with Absinthe, right? Or is it the other way around?
