'98 Dodge Ram w/ V10... good or bad?
Trying to find some info about the '98 Dodge Ram 2500 with V10 gas engine and automatic tranny. I know the Dodge automatics of that era are questionable... does anyone have some specific advice or links to other websites? Doing a quick Google search I wasn't able to pull up very many good results. Thanks!

Unless the parts on the truck are Bad. But the MPG posted here AND online many places are with a Good running new truck. So your never going to get better then that.
the ONLY thing SOMETIMES can make you get better MPG IF everything on the car is good and running right. is if you have a VERY restrictive air box. But then again. if you did its hurting power, then when you get that power you start to use it more and then the MPG goes Right back down.
Shadow- oo cool good. Go tell EagleKammback hes wrong then
i bet he gets 8 or 9mpg sometimes around town also right?
