yep, the SV6 can be had as an AWD vehicle. As for the Aerostar, I'm probably wrong on the durability of them...I've just a number of bad Ford experiences at work that leave a bad taste in my mouth. 02 Taurus w/ 40K on it and the input shaft snapped. I've had to do a timing cover on an Aerostar before, and THAT sucked. I'm just not a huge fan of Ford anything.
find a rear-ended SV6 or side damage at a salvage yard
harvest the running gear
and you're good to go
engine too
turbocharge it then
