Anyone driven one? How did you like it? I am seriously thinking about buying one of these sometime, not anytime soon though. I liek the styling of the 2000-2001 era and I liek the reliability and build quality, but have never gotton a chance to drive one.

Lexus' are amond the smoothest driving cars i have ever been behind the wheel, even older ones from mid-90s with 200k+ on them still are silky smooth

Solid vehicles - built on the Camry platform. They have the same 3.0L 1MZ-FE V6, but with added variable valve timing for some kick throughout the entire rev range.

They are generally quite reliable, but being a used car, the same usual things apply when checking it out. Depending on the year and configuration (it seems) they tend to be prone to oil sludge - but only if the previous owner hasn't been religious with oil changes. If you do decide to get one, frequent oil changes (3000 miles on the dot, or less if you want to) and synthetic oil would be highly recommended.

Performance wise, they have about 210hp, are silky smooth, but the emotional or sporty aspect isn't anything to write home about.
