Default *&*^&*%%^&* UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heres whats up. I sold a laptop to my aunt. She sent the check UPS 2nd day air last friday the 9th. I check the tracking today and its says its on time, the it was shipped, and or billing information was recieved on April 13th, (tomorrow) and its is due to be delivered thursday the 15th. Ok, first off the check was shipped on the 9th, the check is now in new stanton which is 4 hours away, and if its scheduled to be delivered on the 15th than thats 4 days since it was shipped. How can it be on time if its going to be delivered the 15th? How is the shipping info recieved in the 13th which is tomorrow when it was already shipped and on the way????? She paid for 2 day air so it would be here tomorrow (the 13th). If its not I have a $190 check to walmart thats gonna turn rubber. What the heck is UPS problem. I dont bother calling them cause the person in the line only reads what the site says. Anyone else ever have any bad experiences with UPS? I should have told her to ship fed ex. D@#$%!!!!

UPS always seems to take longer, but I've never had a problem with them.

None of the info make sense. It was shipped on friday the 9th, the tracking shows this, however this is what the info also says:
Status: In Transit
[ On-Time ]
Scheduled Delivery: Apr 15, 2004

Shipped to: MOUNT JOY, PA, US
Shipped or Billed on: Apr 13, 2004

Tracking Number: 1Z 412 1E6 02 4703 833 7
Service Type: 2ND DAY AIR
Weight: 1.00 Lb
Note: Your package is in the UPS system and is on-time with a scheduled delivery date of Apr 15, 2004. We paid 2 day shipping, she paid the shipping when it was sent on the 9th. Nothings adding up.

Just called ups, they said totally different info than the web site tracking. It is going to be here tomorrow. UPS needs to get rid of the internet tracking if they can't get the info right.

I work in property management and UPS is notorious for scanning 30 packages, only bringing 27 in, having you sign for them and then when a resident calls to track their package it says that we've signed for it and it'* been delivered. But, in reality they forgot to take it off the truck after they scanned it...

We've had to start counting after them now before we sign their stupid doohickie and give our last name. The thing with UPS is that the quicker they get their route done, the bigger their bonus is (or so I hear), so the incentive to do a half-arsed job is a great one.

I feel you're pain.

Well, the date is expected by, it usually comes before. I've never had a problem with any of them, just slow shippers.
