Hey welcome to the forum Brittany. You and ur man friend both have very nice rides. Let him know his oil gauge issue is about a 30 dollar repair maybe cheaper. Sounds like he just needs a new oil pressure switch. Takes about 15 min to swap out.

Plus, if he'* got a sizable tax refund burning a hole in his pocket and some time to spare, I'm told NA engines turbocharge very nicely…
Stick around, you might learn something.

Thanks
lol thats what ryan (silverbuillt) said when i got on the grand prix forum. thanks
ha i try not to bother him too much about it but thanks for the tips & i'm already learning stuff on here
Don't let the supercharged guys get your boyfriend down. There'* a lot you can do to a NA engine, short of adding a supercharger: the common stuff -- intake/exhaust mods, rockers and springs, better cam, bigger throttle body, pushrods, PCM tune — all that still applies.
Plus, if he'* got a sizable tax refund burning a hole in his pocket and some time to spare, I'm told NA engines turbocharge very nicely…
