Just bought 2002 SSEI
Hey all. Just bought a 2002 SSEI. WOW!!! What a car. Going to take me a week just to read the owners manual. Silver with dark charcoal leather, and everything including the kitchen sink. Had Pontiacs most all my life with a few others tossed in. 64 GTO in '69 (dropped in a 42. 64 2 DR post Catalina sedan ex-police car( dropped in a 65 GTO 389, Muncie, and 3:90 gears) in 70. Bought a new off the lot Lucerne Blue '72 Trans Am that I got down to 13.5s @ 105 fairly stock (sold it due to gas crunch in '74, kick self, kick self). And a lot since. Presently running a modded '73 TA (hence my title) that ran 10.9 @ 120 w/automatic (see run at www.fasrcarvids.com under my name mark Leischer, and an old description (with early mods, many changed now) at www.pontiacgarage.com under my name again in street cars. Enough sucking up. Going to play w/the Bonnie and I look forward to reading and particitating in the site. Because of the TA I frequent the www.classicalpontiac.com site alot. If your interested come on over and read a spell. Lost of good info. Thanks for having me. An old saying. Bring what ya have. There is always someone with more so enjoy what ya have. Mark L

Welcome.
If you are up for it you might check out www.mnbonnevilleclub.com -we have a couple gatherings coming up. One in Minneapolis/St Paul for the TC'* Auto Show on March 19th, and in Mankato on the 26th.
As 1993SLE said, we have a 12 second 2001SSEi and a 2000 SSEi that is running 10'*, but he doesn't frequent here very often.
For performance mods you can check out:
www.intense-racing.com
www.zzperformance.com
www.3800tech.com
www.3800performance.com
www.pfyc.com
www.regalgs.org
www.clubgp.com (and all of it'* regional sites)
I know there are a couple more sites that I don't frequent, hence my innability to remember their addresses. :?
For less than $500 you can be running solid mid-low 14'*.

Sorry all
I should not post when I'm tired, lots of mistakes.Typo on the TA 10 sec run. Should be www.fastcarvids.com under Mark Leischer and the site with my old specs is http://www.wauknet.com/douthitt, Pontiac Garage, in the pontiac section under my name. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Too bad I wasted mine before they told me, hehehe. Mark L :(
