hello everyone
My name is Scott and I am currently in the Army. I just returned from Iraq after 10 months. I own a 96 SE, which I bought 5 years ago. The car is great. due to my frequent military deployments, my car has only 63, 000 miles on it. Upon returning from Iraq I was looking to purchase a pickup. After searching around I have found that no one is willing to give me a good deal on a trade-in. My car is in too good of shape to let go. I do however, have a lot of dings on the body I would like to get fixed. Any ideas? I have thought about repainting but I am too scared it would look bad. I am thinking about putting 18'* on my car, but am worried that it will compromise the smooth bonneville ride. Can anyone give me any advise about 18'* on a Bonne? How rough is the ride? Is the look worth the rougher ride? Also any recommendations on body work will be much appreciated. I will post pics later.

Welcome to the Club and welcome home! Make sure all the sand is out of your boots.
Maybe some of the members with 18'* will chime in here and let you know what the ride is like.

Welcome home, soldier, and welcome to the club!
Where at you at? MOS?
I was over there the first time, but we had it easy compared to you guys. The Air Force did most of the work for us.
