I am into Pontiacs, have been all my life and I am 50 years old. Currently driving a 98 Bonneville SLE with 402K on it. I am retiring it, and replacing it with a totalled 04 Bonneville SE that I am fixing, hit hard in the rear. This site has allowed me to smooth over small problems I have encountered with the 04 rebuild. Thankyou much!! I also have a 1960 Pontiac Catalina that I restored several years ago.

Welcome to the club Dan. How did you put so many miles on the 98 in such a short period of time? Over the road sales coast to coast?

The 98 Bonneville now has 404K and I put them on traveling 7 Midwest states for my job. I really do love the car. Had to replace the engine @ 300k due to intake manifold failure. Bought a new engine at that point. Still on the original transaxle , exhaust which amazes me. Car still looks nice.
