I just purchased my first car - a '95 Bonneville SE w/ the SLE package - over the weekend and figured I'd join the forum.

Thank you! I took it for a test drive on Saturday and really liked it. I'm going to pick it up from the dealer this week and I'm excited. Aside from needing to get an alignment and have the tranny looked at before a major road trip, - my mechanic friend who went on the test drive with me determined that a belt was slipping at highway speeds (60mph) in overdrive - everything seems to be alright mechanically.
Even though the stereo works, its screen does not; however, it'* not a pressing issue. There are a few other minor cosmetic things wrong with it, but considering I got a car with around 160k miles, minimal rust, ABS, leather, power windows/locks/mirrors, a CD player, dual front airbags, the automatic AC/heat controls, and everything else that'* in it for $1650otd with title fees waived, I'm pretty happy - especially since the dealer wanted $1850 before tax/title. Most of the cars I looked at in the $1500-2500 range weren't as nice.
