1st Bonne
Howdy y'all, my name'* Dave and I currently live in Buffalo, NY. I just bought my first Bonneville (2000 SE) exactly 24 hours ago and I LOVE her! I had an exremely difficult time getting rid of my 1st car which was a 92 Lumina Euro that I had started converting to a z34-type car. I sure hope I don't to go through getting rid of a car I love again, so I plan on obsessively taking care of the Bonne and driving her till the end of her life...and maybe then rebuilding it! ... but hopefully thats not anytime soon, I spent all the money I had paying for the car, lol
I wasn't even planning on buying a Bonneville, I was going to buy a Grand Prix GT... somewhere along the line of looking at beaten GP'* I found the Bonne and it was wwwwaaaayyyy too good to pass up, especially with all the options it'* loaded with!
...Side note... Did you guys know that Onstar won't work with cars that were manufacutred before 2003 (might be wrong, but its around that year) starting January of 2008? gotta love planned obsolescence
~Dave

Welcome to BC!
Tell us more about the Onstar thing. Maybe start a topic in the Lounge.
Not that it matters to me personally since i don't have Onstar.

Hey Cowboy Dave! Welcome to the insanity. Please put your year and trim level (2000 SE) in you signature so that you won't have to specify it each time you have a question.
You're in a wonderful part of the country as you live near some very active members...and very intelligent, witty, and nice ones too.
