Default Wiper motor pulse board module

Hey! So my truck has a wiper problem, the wiper only works in fast or very fast. When placed on intermittent, the wiper moves once and that’* it. Also randomly my wipers will start going on their own and sprays washer fluid nonstop until I turn the vehicle off. I’ve also noticed it does this more when it’* wet outside. I think I have to replace the wiper motor pulse board module but I don’t know where it’* located. I own a 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali 1500 6.2L. Can anyone help me?

This sounds like a short somewhere, maybe a bad relay, or possibly a bad switch. I'm not 100% positive for this model year, but I don't think these have an old-style pulse board.
