A lot of incompletes there. Looks to me like it has been reset recently. Does it have any codes when you scan for stored codes?

Only code is just the o2 sensor. Although it is running rich. Alot more noticeable than before and still feels off a little. Slight hesitation throughout acceleration. It'* hard to explain
I do have 4 new o2 sensors just need to get the socket.

That would make sense considering the guy I bought the truck from eliminated the in-line fuel filter. I couldn't believe it didn't have a fuel filter. I was thinking a clogged injector or something

If it runs rough/misses, exhaust smells rich after a tune up, then I highly suggest upgrading the injector assy to the newer style kind. The springs in the poppet injectors get weak or stuck open and just dribble fuel.

Yeah, and no fuel filter means it was only a matter of time.

Thank you everyone for your help. I will be replacing the neoprene hose with oem fuel line and in-line filter and spider injectors if needed.
