Help with AC, compressor still working
I am having some trouble getting my AC to cool. Checked the freon and looked like it needed a bit, but when I put only a tiny bit in, the psi went completely into danger zone. The compressor seems to be kicking on fine. When I get up to around 60mph, it cools off more, but today only to 70 degrees. It was 104 here today though. Vents seem to be blowing fine. Any suggestions on what could be going on?

A/C systems won't work with too little freon, will work with the correct amount, and won't work when too much is put in.
I suggest taking the vehicle to a shop that can legally do a/c work and evacuate the A/C system, vacuum it, and recharge it to spec. If they have the proper equipment, they can tell you how much was in there when you dropped it off.

Here are my gauge numbers without adding anything else or evacuating:
Low: 30-35 psi with the compressor
High: 175 psi with compressor
Low: 100-105 psi when compressor kicks off
High: 150 psi when compressor kicks off
The fans are kicking in and off with the compressor, but it is almost continuously. Does the low pressure seem pretty high when the compressor is kicked off? If so, what could that be?

That depends...
You will need to take your pressure readings knowing your ambient temp.

Is it normal to have the low pressure so high when the compressor isn't on? It just seemed like it was way over what it should be. Thanks so much!

I believe that would be normal for the low side when the compressor isn't running. All these specs are given for when the compressor is running.
If you were to watch a set of manifold gauges when a vehicle sits for 24 hours during overnight/hot day temps, you would be surprised at how much the pressures change throughout temp changes without the vehicle running.
