Quick update.
Not much change. It dies less often but still does.
I re-checked the fuel pressure and lo and behold It is only 45 psi when running. This is with 2 different gauges. So I stuck needles into the wire harness that feed the fuel pump right by the tank thinking maybe I'm not getting enough voltage. but it read 14.3 volts.
I have no idea what would cause low fuel pressure after 3 new pumps.
Still working on it.

Have you tested fuel pressure at idle with the vacuum line disconnected from the fuel pressure regulator? What is the pressure?

IT IS FIXED!!!!!!!!
How about that!. Only took me 10 months though. LOL.
I hooked up my fuel pressure gauge and was going to unplug the vacuum line from the pressure regulator like CathedralCub suggested.
However, my fuel pressure gauge decided to break and was spewing gas everywhere so I had to stop. The pressure relief valve on the gauge is stuck.
But I decided to see what it would run like when I unhooked the vacuum line anyway. And there was no change at all. I put my finger over the vacuum hose and it had very little vacuum. I tried to blow in it and it seemed blocked. So I took the vacuum line off and here is what I found.
The size is different on each end and my original one broke. it was made of plastic in the middle with rubber hoses on each end. I had made something from 2 hoses I thought would work. Well, the smaller hose eventually got squeezed down and was not letting air through.
here is what I found.
First pic is the 2 hoses together.
2nd is the little one inside the bigger one.
3rd is the regular size of the little one. You can see how much it got squeezed down. And I think it happened slowly over time that'* why I didn't notice it right after I did it. No more dying! Idles great.
