So . . . it was not working, then . . .
How long was it not working before your description?

IPC issues are common on these. Usually internal to the cluster. There are 2 fuses that feed power to the IPC in the under hood fuse box. The IPC/DIC 10 amp fuse feeds battery power to the B11 terminal at the IPC connector(orange wire) and the IGN E 10 amp fuse feeds ignition power to the B9 terminal at the IPC connector ( pink wire). Terminal B9 of the IPC connector is the ground wire (Black/White). If any part of the IPC is working,( back lighting, any warning lights,...) then power and ground are probably working. Some people will go inside and look for bad solder connections and repair as needed and others will replace the cluster. hope you find this helpful,

Probably for about two weeks now I was just driving down the road and all the lights on the dashboard lit up then it went out. I also replace the alternator and has a new battery thought that was the issue…
Is there a way to check the fuses on the hood or should I just buy new fuses?
