ev range
I drive about 230-250 km trip bout once a week. In my area in the winter the temperature often goes down to -5 to -10 Celcius. I drive about 120km then car sits outside for a couple of hours before I make the return trip of 120km. I am considering a 2017 bolt which had battery replaced under warranty. In practicality, will this vehicle be able to do the round trip for me.
What is the range that most owners are actually getting.

From what I can tell, it looks like they're getting between 100 and 115 miles in 32-degree weather. Car and Driver got 136 out of a 2018 Bolt in 36 degrees.
At 14 degrees Fahrenheit (-10 Celsius), it would be much less as the battery heater would be taking a significant portion of the battery'* power.
I don't think this would be a good fit for what you're looking for.
