Default YES, I BEAT A RICH MAN IN HIS NEW PORSCHE!!!!!!!! HA HA HA

In my last post I said that I had several good kill stories to post here, but I ran out of time to post more than 1 so here is another. Once again I was out on Monty on Friday night (some would say that I don't have a life, but cars are my life and all the cool cars are on Monty on fridays so they can kiss my ) and there were a **** load of people out. I mean it was nearly bumper to bumper from each light on, but many of these cars were fast and I saw several cars racing on the side streets. So to get to the story, a guy in his mid 30'* pulled up next to me at the light on Monty and Juan Tabo. He was driving a brand new Porsche Boxter, I mean he even had temp tags. Well he looks over to me and I say nice car. He says back "same to you" I then asked him how much he had paid for it and he said 52k. I don't know about you guys but if I had 52k to spend I wouldn't spend it on a Porsche boxter, but back to the story. He and I talked a bit more and when the light changed he gave it some gas and so did I then we both puched it and I started pulling him. He pulled in back of me and flashed his lights for me to pull over so I did. We talked in the parking lot and then decided to go to another street to race. So we drove up to Tramway and waited for a light. We pulled up even and waited for green. The light changed and we both floored it. He pulled on me through the intersection, but then I hit my power band and pulled up on him. We were about dead even when my car shifted into second. He pulled me a little when I fell out of my power band, but then I pulled the **** out of nim between 65 and 80. By the time I hit 90 and had just shifted out of second I had him by about 2 1/2 car lengths. I was very pleased with myself and I think that this kill has been by far my favorite and my favorite to tell others about.

P.*. just so you all don't think that I am bullshiting you I run an aproximate 14.5 or 14.6 at sea level and the Porsche supposedly runs a 14.7 to a 15 depending on the year.

I never did like the boxter that much. It seemed like a very un-porsche car to put into production. The funny thing is for 52K you could get a Z06 or one hell ov a camaro.

Totally agree. The boxter is overrated. The rest of their line is worthy of the name but the Boxter falls short.

Good kill though. Any time you can chaulk up the "P" word on your fill list, it'* all good!

Porsche really surprised me with the Cayenne (talk about un-porsche). Even worse they have a concept for a truck. A truck is supposed to be for work and towing. Is anyone who ownes a Porsche truck ever gonna work at a contruction site :?:

heh, reminds me of one of my coworkers replacing his beat-up chevy C10 with the Caddy knock off of a Avalanche, heh, we still make fun of him. Just the sight of that Caddy rollin up as we stood the first wall was hilarious

Yeah Porsche Boxters are pretty slow. It would be funny as hell to race them in the GTP, but they never wanna race. They just laugh and turn the other way.
