X and his new Regal

Those are for sale for $225 shipped, but I'm sure if I paid paypal gift he might go down to $200 shipped. Not bad for a set of components that take an asinine 150-250W EACH.

Quick question. I looked it up and the bolt pattern for the Camaro wheel is a 4x4.5 or 4x120.65. If the rotor goes over the bolts, how will an F-body rotor fit on a w-body? Or are you supposed to keep the w-body rotor and just use the f-body caliper?

Well then, nevermind. I've been calling places all morning and nobody in the southern states has anything decent. Most places have the calipers for $15, and then they want another $15 for each bracket, and $30 for shipping. Some places want only $15 for shipping but they only have one, or they want $10 for shipping and they want $40 for each set. One guy in Iowa had the set for $15 for each side, and wanted $50 for shipping. I had to ask a couple times to make sure I heard him correctly.

Alright, a place in Iowa had them off a 2000 Camaro. $45 shipped for both calipers, brackets, and bolts (including banjo bolts). That'* lower than the last guy wanted for shipping alone!

Alright, so I replaced both control arms. Both sides were making popping noises as the balljoints were bad. I replaced one side first, then the other. After both times, I noticed an increase in alignment and steering response. However, I still get some popping noises when accelerating in a turn. Doesn't seem to do it in a straight line. Any idea what that could be? Would a bad tie rod make a popping noise? Also, I can't find a single place that has a 14x2.0 tap, nor can I find the correctly sized sleeve. How do most people get those f-body brake kits installed? Lastly, that RSWC controls adapter looked like a bit of a PITA to set up. I did get the head unit in there, but didn't have time to fiddle with that. Am I going to need to buy a whole ton of wire splices to get that installed? Bill, how did you set that up?

Google for the tap. I found one in seconds when I was looking. Then I called a machinist buddy and he hooked it up. Maybe check a couple machine shops as to the cost. Can't be more than $30 to drill and tap those.
RSWC? Which one are you using? Typically when I make the wiring harness for the stereo, I grab power for any additional units off the same harness. That way if you take out the radio..it'* all out. The Axxess one I used was easy, press a button on it, then hold the up volume til it flashed. Done
