4 impacts on my windshield since I got the car last year.

One of them is branching out in a "star" pattern, two of the others are not, and the last one is a pretty serious etch from a pretty serious sized rock.

If the crack can be covered up by a paper bill(like a 1$ note) most glass places can repair the glass as opposed to replacing the whole plate. Chips can easily be spot filled.
