the engine is dirty but my olds was WORSE than that. some people never clean their engine bay from day 1 or the car ever....thats what happens.

I don't know, I'm a bit hesitant on this. It looks too damaged for me to even consider. My gut instinct is to tell you to walk, I don't care if it'* supercharged, or the only one for sale in your town, there'* a 99 Bonneville SSEi (tan btw with leather, moonroof, etc) for sale in Newark, Ohio, it has 62k miles and has chrome torque stars, why not pursue that instead?
Buying that car you're looking at would be the same as buying a she-man hooker, not quite a woman but close.

I'd definitely look at other Bonnes in the area. Maybe that one Fuel is talking about will come through for you. Don't limit yourself to just one. I doubt you'll find another one in such bad (cosmetic) shape.
