I personally don't put any mechanical part on my car that says Autozone or Duralast.
Set that one aside as a spare. A new engine is a PRIME opportunity to put a good pump on.

Both my L67 OEM water pumps exceeded 125,000 miles. Neither failed, but were replaced just because I was in there. And I've been building and thrashing my 93 for 5 years.
The electric unit frees up a LITTLE off the crank, but further loads your alternator, which further loads the crank.
Want the compromise? 5 or 10% underdrive WP pulley. The electric WP isn't worth the cost when you compare it to the minimal hp gain you get.
