When you shave the door handles do you install a mechanism like the trunk or do you have remote windows?

You could have actuators that would open the door for you.

Guys, while shaved cars are sweet as hell, i seriously recommend against it. I'm very close with our local firefighters, and i've seen on-scene pictures where people who could have easily been helped had to wait in the car with broke bones n stuff while they rip the car wide open. plus, what if you put it on the lid in a river or something? you get knocked out... the guy that swins down can't open the doors... not a pretty picture. It does look sweet tho. try to keep safety before shiny...

The photos look cool Jeep2Bonny.... can't wait to see the paint job

Just curious, how do you get the doors to open w/o handles? remote? or some type of push sensor?

i totally understand about the safety issue. and i never thought of that til you mentioned it. i have remote windows due to the fact that no one around here does them except one auio place. and he took my whole door apart and came to the conclusion that door poppers could not be installed in my car. so i went with a window roll down kit. when i approach the car i hit the remote it rolls it down then i hit it again and it will roll it back up

Got a brand name on that? Due to the hairdo, I run with the back windows down (so I don't go into St Bernard mode while driving) and I alwys forget to roll them up until the car is off and locked. Such a PITA to go back, power up, roll up, and then try to get to my desk on time... Minor stuff, I know, but I want remote windows, dammit, and it'* as good an excuse as any!
