Trans FINALLY died
Well, that didn't take too long
Flushed it 3 weeks ago just to see if I can get it to last until tax time, and aside from 1-2 and 2-2 upshifts slipping, it did ok, esp. under medium throttle and manual shifting. Yesterday it finally decided to loose first gear and now uses 2nd as it'* new "first", even when manually selected.
So now she'* parked until, well, I get some free fundage again. Gonna take a while to recover from Christmas ya know
Oh, and yeah...I did get that trans case that I mentioned in another post, but was somewhat dissapointed with it. Gonna have to clean it up a bit more before I want to use it as my new trans foundation.

Brad...be careful on casting flash cleanup. Do the homework and make sure others do it.
My Pops likes to tell a story about Ford sending trans'* to like Mercedes or someone and Mercedes didn't like the flash...cleaned it up...Trans won't work w/o flash....
