I'm a 2000 SSEi owner and let me tell you. The looks I get from the few GXP owners is priceless. Not to mention the upgrades are way cooler and easier. I have had mine for 3 yrs now and it still runs strong. It has been thru all kinds of stuff. Too include pulling a 4000 lb uhaul trailer thru the appalachian (sp) mountians without a problem. Ofcourse I installed a tranny cooler on it to help out. But other than few minor problems that this site has helped so much with. I will never sell my bonny (thought about it, but just can't do it). So in short, the 2000 bonneville ssei has my vote, hands down.

Being a prior GXP owner I think you will love the looks but be dissapointed by the performance around town. On the highway its a blast to drive.
