Nice one, Andrew. ![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The funny thing is that he won't even SEE this supercharger for at least another month. It has another stop to make before getting back to him.
How long should I hold out on posting the REAL pics?

Final pics. I felt bad for teasing Andrew so badly. Below are the final pictures, but first a description.
This SC is going on to another step in the progress. I'm not sure he'* posted this publicly, but nevertheless, it was important to protect the internal surfaces, bearings, and seals as well as possible. Including plugging the oil fill hole in the snout, so I used one of my 'hard to remove' M62 plugs for that purpose. Andrew, you can throw it away when you get it, and I hope you have your plug at home. You didn't ship it to me, and my NEW plugs were picked up tonight at UPS when I shipped yours (magnetic).
Anyway, here'* the pics:
See how carefully the holes are sealed for the next stop on this superchargers journey:

Here you can see the pure quality of the outlet porting:

Another shot of the outlet. Notice how I didn't remove too much of the bolt bosses? Same amount of threads left as the GenV, and the proper mechanical design ratio between bolt diameter and thread-bearing length:

Inlet. See how smooth it is? The amount of polish isn't really a factor for performance,
but the smoothness should be evident in this shot:

Cleaned up and sealed off the ND so nothing can enter while it'* in Kansas:

Scrap plug inserted to protect the input shaft bearings. You owe me for this one!

Packed and ready to go. I actually had to call Andrew and refer to his original topic ( http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...light=ship+m90 ) when he shipped it to me to figure out how in the H E L L he got it into this crate, and still go the lid on. Andrew, your towel and Tshirt are in the trash. Fresh packing material on the way to Wichita:

I christened the ship "TEQUILA". May her next voyage to the port of Witchita be smooth sailing, and her second voyage back to MN even better:

Andrew, your rotors, two bottles of SC oil to replace what you sent to Cheetah, your bolts, nasty PCV valve, some loctite for reassembly (bolt thread loctite, not the red gasket maker), and your OEM TB will ship to you seperately. Your pulley will be with that box.
Ported and polished, needle bearings replaced and sealed.
Tracking number on the crate is:

This was a PAPER request, as their computers were shut down for the night. Should be trackable after billing.
