All right. I'm sold on the POR 15. But, wouldnt the rust between the POR 15 and the floor pan just continue to rust? It may not rust through the new layors of POR 15, but wouldnt it continue to damage the floor pan? I think you should sand/grind off as much rust as possable before applying anything. IMO.

rust is oxidation, it can only happen with oxygen... so if the POR15 completely seals it out, it should NOT continue to rust, in theory.... im still gonna clean it up the best i can just in case
