Still havent gotten my car back.. holy cow.
My girlfriends dad is a GM retiree. And has taken my 1992 Bonneville SE under his wing. because he has money to fix it and i dont at the moment. so he started working on the brakes. well obviously he is bored and going crazy because he doesnt have a job anymore. Because all it originally needed was brake shoes in the rear.
It has turned into New Rotors, calipers, pads, drums, shoes, master cylender, brake booster, battery, paint on door pillars, repainted rims, and new shocks in the rear. and im sure he will find something else that needs replacing.
im not bitching cause it is very generous of him but i need a car. the car looks great though. ill post pics when i get it back

checked the car out a few days ago and it looks great. There was alot more wrong with it than what i originally thought. Its going to be super reliable.
I think he should sell me the Blazer also.

Hang in there a little while longer. Installing a complete brake system (the old one was junk), suspension and repairing numerous other problems on an 18 year old car takes time and cubic dollars. It'* almost done. And remember, I'm never bored but I'm always crazy.

Daddy Mike! Awesome, LOL. No complaints here. its worth the time. You are doing things i couldnt do due to insuficient funds and quality labor. Thank You. If you got the time and if your "crazy" enough you could drop a Eaton supercharger on top of that series I motor of mine. A supercharged Bonneville SSEI is one of my dream cars, But a modded SE will do just fine!
