I found a local guy that may take the dead husk. He said perhaps $100. That'* close to scrap, and would be nice to save me the trouble of hauling it.

I got up early and started on another car that was towed in yesterday.
It was hydrolocked.
I tapped out the coolant ports.
And I plugged them.
Steve finally showed up.
And he got right to work while I finished up the other car.
He brought a little helper, ok, not so little.
Me finishing up the other car.
The car is getting smaller.
Someone from Milwaukee showed up looking for parts.
Trunk is filling up with parts.
Ahh, well, it would seem someone made off with a part, Steve was a little upset and took it out on the car. and my hammer.
There'* my new engine.

Changed the oil on the hydrolocked car. Ya, it needed it.
Engine nearly ready to come out.
Really? Snow. Nice timing.
I guess we're done.
We really wanted to get the engine out.
Not going to happen. I was at 10 hours straight, and they still needed to drive home. Pack it up boys.
Until next weekend.
