Just got a Email that it shipped today, I'm hopping tomorrow, or Wednesday at the latest. After that I'm back to work until next Monday.

Dan..did you buy the gaskets from the same vendor that sold you the IC? And those gaskets were made to use with that IC?

I think what we have here is another pooche job by ZZP. Overall they make some good products, their overall attention to the details that matter suck monkey butt. This is what aggrevates me about buying things from them.

Good job on the gaskets, Since having the customized WBS IC core, I've always made my own gaskets and noticed that it'* less expensive than buying even a stock gasket.

Ya, got them from ZZP. Wasn't hard making my own. This I'll be doing that from now on. $5 for a roll and 10 mins of work.

Long ago a buddy showed me how to make gaskets with the $5 roll and a small ball peen hammer. Perfect gaskets every time, quick, easy and with the sizing of the intercooler cores vs the size of the gaskets...you will get much more gasket and sealing material if you make your own.

I'd be asking for a refund on the non-fitting gasket from ZZP.

It helps with me having all the punches and stuff to make all the holes. Not worried about the refund, it was like $7.

Today I changed the oil put in the spark plugs and cleaned up a bit while I wait for the new O2 sensor to get here. When I was pouring the oil oil from the catch pan in to my storage jug I found the part of the tensioner that had broken off. It must have broke off sense the last oil change, which was about 1000 miles ago.

Wow... that'* interesting. I had figured it would be found when you pulled the pan to redo the gasket one day.

While you are off work and the O2 should be there today, so you'll be outside. Can you snap off some more pics. I'm sure many are interested in your new 8 rib setup etc. Showing how easy the bracket was to mod was great. Now we want more pics overall.

I was surprised when I found the piece. Lucky I guess.

I'll try to snap more pictures, as long at the sensor comes in. If not, the car will have to sit until next Monday. Not much more to take pictures of. Now I want more video, and I want it moving down the road.
