I believe with the girl driving the car the way she drives (ya, like the grandma who'* always holding up traffic), and as long as she maintains it should easily hit 300k.

That really looks nice and for $3750.00, what a deal!
Those Texas cars are always in nice shape.
I know the Bonneville site is mostly new cars but I've been going over there and those younger guys made such a big fuss over my 64 that I thought one of them might want a REAL Bonneville.

Don't anybody worry about me leaving -worry about me staying -which is what I'll be doing -I'll be driving a 1989 Lesabre as my daily driver and the Dippy as my classic/fun car.
Oh, and as to why I sold the car -the guy who bought my 1999 SSEi said his sister was looking for a new car and she'd seen my gold SSE and wanted to buy it and so she had him make me an offer. Turned out to be more than I ever thought I'd get for it $4K'ish+ and it had 180,500 miles on it. Ran great, and the tranny that I once thought was crap turned out to be fairly trusty after two flushes (the second one was fairly clean after 10,000 miles). I'd done alot of R&R to major wear spots, put new tires on 8 days prior to selling, new oil pan gasket 2 days before that and the car was really in tip-top shape -much better than a typical car with 180,500 miles.
Was kinda tough letting it go, but I have the cash in hand (well, savings account anyhow ) which I can use for whatever I want -don't want to spend much of it now as I am trying to save for a place of my own -either renting or buying a house as I don't want to be in an apartment for more than 6 months if I can help it.

That'* not what I was tring to get across.
I hope I didn't offend anybody.
I have trouble sometimes "talking" on this internet.
Thank you.

Don't worry about it. We don't get riled up very easily unless someone just comes in and starts causing trouble.
