It really is that simple.
BOTH can be improved for the price of gaskets and some attention to detail on factory components.

On the track, you can be far enough ahead by the eighth that the S2 can't catch up on the last half.
But yes, and you already have a start. Increasing the flowrate and velocity of the air in your LIM runners before the heads had an effect on your car. It improved your top end.
Now you need a ported SC and TB to go with it, and a smaller pulley. You will quite easily beat or match mildly-modded S2'* at that point. Going further with PEM'* and a high-flow cat will further help.

As far as what you mentioned above, im going to be doing a little bit at a time because I would like to run at the track someday and see what my car can do. With the results of the porting, and the future things I would like to do, its very exciting!!
I think I already have a high flow cat. I have to check the reciepts.

Almosy forgot there is no debate any more... You'll have both a series I and II In front of the House

Let'* not forget to mention scanning a 94/95 is tougher than most and Autozone can't do it.
Dr.Wren and good buddy. You did a ton of work to keep up with a reasonably modded S2. I have faith that the future holds more chances for us to prove our mods like WCBF did.
I will tease a bit by saying how ODD it was to actually see an S1 near me.
Now where were you next to Travis'* "mildly" modded S2? huh huh :P
