He buys cars from pensylvania. There from tropical storm Ivan in sept. 2004
major flooding throughout the state.
unless you need a parts car I would stay clear of that dealer.

This is some company that sells "salvageable" cars sent to them by insurance companies after they are totalled. It looks like all of these cars are from the same dealership that got flooded, and any cars from the hurricane season would have been sold long ago. They are probably from a dealer somewhere in southern Ohio, as that area was hard hit by floods this past fall.

I personally wouldn't touch any of this seller'* items, as he is runnig a scam.

BS, you are allowed to cancel any sale if the item is not as described. And the seller is patently lying in this case because the interiors of these cars are wrecked. The seats, carpet, door panels, and dash of aevery single one of these cars will have to be replaced befoire they are livable. Come summer they will stink to the high heavens as the seats and soft plastics begin to grow mold and mildew. Likely it would take nearly half the value of a new car to fix these vehicles, and even then there is no warranty , and insurance would be un-obtainable.

Look at the sediment in the gaps of the steering wheel. It got into the airbags, stereo, CC, etc.

Those seats will stink.
