It has been a long time since i have posted on the forums, but i have been enjoying my bonneville the entire time. The time has come for me to sell my bonneville though. My grandmother got a new car and is offering to give me her 1998 Chevy Blazer LS that only has 40,000 miles and is MINT. I can't hardly turn this offer down seeing as how my car has 175,000 miles on it now. My car is extremley clean, no rust or wear whatsoever, just high miles. Im putting it up for sale on AutoTrader for $2000, which is pretty low, but i jsut want to move the car so i can use the money to put a sound system in the new car. Just thought id leave a last post on here.

P.*. There is still a 2000 white bonneville SLE in my family so if i crave the driving experience it will still be available.

My mother in law had A '98 LS Blazer. Nice ride but once it got over 100k miles it started nickle dimeing to death. I love the 4.3 but tranny on those things seem to crap out

Was it ever serviced?? never heard of them going bad at just a 100k.

wow 175,000 on that is lot of driving

my uncle has the 4.3 in his *-10 w/130k and hes only had to replace the ecm and do a tune up on it, and im pretty sure the trans has never been serviced and it still shifts perfectly with no probs, maybe ur mother in law'* was a defective one :?
