Well...... live and let live I say, it'* their car and they can do what they like with it.
Having said that I prefer my car looking like it did in the showroom, others may want theirs looking pro street or slammed or a rat sleeper, that'* fine too.
On the way to American car shows over the years I have met other guys going to shows for their choice of wheels, once we had four Americans surrounded byaircooled VWs, another time I met some ricers with hopped up Japs. We quickly established we were all singing from the same songbook - just not the same page, and we could all appreciate the work and money that went into our respective rides.
To me that'* what the car hobby is all about.

diversity is what the car hobby is about, but it still doesn't hurt to have a little fun. i can even make fun of myself about a vehicle i modded. it was a 2000 F150.

Good lord, a big wing on a pick up. I've seen them on the roof of the cab, but that'* there for pulling big enclosed trailers and pushing the air flow over the trailer. In the bed is like wings on a penguin, useless.

I don't mind others having a laugh at my expense if it'* not malicious - give and take is fine by me.
Wings on a penguin? essentially they fly underwater.
