Default ramps for new cars

I have a set of steel ramps that I like to use for lifting the car for oil changes etc, but the front of my Buick won't clear them. This seems to be a common thing nowadays, so I'm wondering what you guys are using. Jack stands are a pita.

Try to find a set of those plastic ramps. I noticed that they are a couple inches lower than steel ramps.

They do have low profile ramps, but those really don't get the car real high. Try this. Get a few 2x6 and lay them on the ground, drive on to those and then on to the ramps.

I was gonna suggest that too Dan, but I had an incident last year where I spit a 2x4 down my driveway and out into the street. LOL.
