Question about accessing fuel pump area

The other thing that could be used in the event of a full tank is a transmission jack. The "pan" of the jack is much greater...furthermore, you have a full range of movement. I'll be reaching for mine regardless of full or not!

All I can say is that the Bonneville is not that bad to put a pump in.... This would go for the H and C body cars... I have seen far worse....
Yeah we usually take a section of Plywood and use it under the tank... But I see how that trans jack would be great for that as well
