Well we know one thing it is not a bonneville..After oing some research it looks an awful lot like a BMW E46 (3 seires) produced from 1998-2005 due to the high mount brake light and the turn signals on the fenders; Also the BBS style wheels

Note here on this E46 the high mount also how the taillights kind of wrap the sides as you can see in your pictures

And only the more ''expensive luxurious cars'' came with those fender flashers I.e. Lexus BMW and some VW'*..

Then if you look here and again at your photos notice how there is no ambient orange close to the grille from the parking lights.yet in yor photos its on the outside just like an E46.

Just my opinion hope this helps
Also the more common name for this car is a 318i

Ironic that someone with a car of that caliber would need to rob someone. Course, car'* probably stolen too. The plate in the rear is at the same level has the taillights - not a Pontiac thing in general. Actually not usually a GM thing. GM likes 'em in the bumper. And the pix taken from when the car is going away show a quite low profile roofline, with an almost constant arc from windshield area to trunk lid (although there does appear to be a little deck there). Those rims almost definitely are after market, and may be spoked not webbed or cross laced - the pix are really pixellated. I want to say it'* an Audi, based on the taillight design, the front emblem in the grille (which looks large enough to be two of the four Audi loops) and the side body moldings. There may be an aftermarket aerodynamic skirt added down by the rockers. But that high mount stop is throwing me though...can't think of which version has the lamp up there.

Where is the turn signal in that first shot? If going by the fourth and fifth shots, i believe that'* just a glare from lights behind/near the camera. Besides, those usually only come on when in use and why would they be on there? Burglars roaring off thinking 'oh, we gotta use our turn signals for this right ahead'.

Added notes - is this in a front plate state? Cause that car at least has the bracket up front regardless of whether or not it indeed is. What kind of camera are we talkin about as well? It would help to know, it could solve a few variables. If the mount is a simple single arm, it may be 'swingin in the breeze' so to speak. Or the camera has a slow set shutter speed, either due to a lower tech camera or a dark/night setting. In either case this is what is causing the lights to look larger and more "blobbier" than they really are. I suspect an additional lens covering which is what could also be causing a doubling effect to most lights in every shot. You can use the 'ghosting' in the images to get a better idea of how big they truly are. This is really evident in pic#2 as you can tell that the high mount stop is probably an LED style (due to that redness and almost perceptible individual bulbs), and again in pics 7 & 8 which again show the pairs of smaller lights.

cam is a dedicated security IR camera with dual steel arms, mounted with concr screws to the wall of the house. No slow shutter speed. FL is not a front plate state.
It is odd, but he did come to a complete stop at the end of the road, then use his turn signal to turn left. I agree. One of the shots does just have glare, not the reflector on the fender. But on some other shots, it is definitely a reflector just reflecting light, but not illuminated.
I'm pretty convinced it'* a E46 BMW.........I cant put my finger on the shot of the frt lic plt though with the object on the grill. That part doesnt match with BMW to me.

Get those images on local news. You may be surprised how many people will recognize him and turn him in.
