I would say left one in my book
Other one looks a lil too lean and may possibly had been burning coolant.

Left for sure. The one on the right was DEFINTALLY running too lean, causing hot exhaust gasses, causing the white chared look

thing is...if i had a choice, i'd definitely prefer a bit rich...even though it fouls things up, it is less damaging than runnig seriously lean.

Both are bad...but yes..rich is probably the lesser damaging one.
