your taking an inch off......hey shouldnt that help your speeding problem? lmao. sorry back on topic.

I think it will look ok. Its better than hydroplaning and messing up the whole car or sliding into a curb or something.

An inch is quite a bit, I wouldnt. And you'd have to fetch for some winter tires anyway.

Sell em and get an Ebay set of RSA'*

I like the look of the tread and dont think you will lose a whole inch considering you are trying to compare an inflated tire to an umounted tire. Hey, their free and look like good tires. Try em out.

It'* hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks as if they do not have much more tread than your old ones. If that'* the case, I'd suggest getting new tires instead. Personally, I hated my RSAs in the snow and get rid of them shortly after I bought the car.

If you're just asking about the look, I think they look fine.

The tires you have on now are just a ticket or worse waiting to happen.

The 235/45'* will be noticably shorter but should get you by untill you can get something better.
If you can afford new tires that would be a better option.

not really looking forward to buying new tires, infact, i have always purchased used tires or had them handed down to me...

any idea on how much my speedo will be off?

the tread is not brand new by all means, but i love the pattern, and they do have more than what i have now...
