me = confused
ok, im WAYYY confused about the nameing of our engines. Ive been reading the tech info, peoples sigs, posts, etc and am confused on the naming of our engines. i have a 1988 LE Vin C and the tech info page says its a "Series 1", it dawned on me that i could get the ADTR intake for the series 1 motor, then i got way confused when i remembered that my dad has a 1993 SE and according to tech info it says his is a series 1 as well. would hte ADTR intake fit on both even thought the airbox and tubing looks different (1988 vs 1993)?

So really the early 3800 series back in 87 and back are considered as what. Just a 3.8 litre? That is what is advertised on the side of the cars if it had a 6 cyl. engine.
