The best thing I've found so far for tailgaters is the washer pump. A fine annoying mist of washer fluid on thier windshield from my washers usually makes back off a little. I get to use that trick almost daily.

On my Trooper, since the rear wiper motor was gone, I set the sprayer up so that it shot backwards at abouyt a 60* angle. A little water and food coloring, and it keep my blind spot clear...

I looked at some of the pictures on the got flames place. Wow some of those flames are huge. Its like a napalm bombing while you drive. I hope none of those guys park there cars in a garage or back into any kind of parking space. That might be a funny story though. Some guy burns down the drive through at Burger King with his flaming bonneville exhaust.

as crazy as this flame thing sounds maybe you should just have 10 ft spikes sticking out the back of your car. Or some kind of oil slick dropper thing.

There'* have to be an easier way to do this, without screwing with the engine. For example, butane/propane tank in the trunk and an piezo electric igniter (like on a gas grill).

the reason im asking is because there is this crapy bumpy back road that i accasionally go down, and everytime i only go about 45, which is a little too fast, however, for some reason everyone else needs to go 60 or70, and yesterday some idiot in a truck was real bad about it, he got pissed off and start making not so friendly hand guestures, then when i turned off of it onto the highway, some other idiot started doing the same thing! i need a way to get them to back off

Err...I've never heard of that, I'd see that as an insane fire hazard. And how much fuel does it take to dribble out the end of your exhaust pipe? Imagine that explosion hehe.

I'm just saying what I heard. It somehow redirects fuel and a spark plug ignites it at the end.

How hard would it be to mount an old injector near your exhaust tip with it'* own fuel line and pump? Run it off a toggle instead of the pcm so the crank trigger has nothing to do with the pulse width and run an igniter from a grill?

Any flame that'* enough to scare people away would need to be huge, and get you into a lot of chit. Remember they can write down your plates and then you'll be in even more trouble.

But if i was doing it, put a hot air balloon blower in the trunk......
