Left foot gas pedal is the way to go.
It'* not hard to drive the car that way, though it took some effort to remember which one is which for the first hour or so (the last time I drove a friends car with the accelerator on the opposite side.)
Nice to see there'* so many kits out there to do this. The only one I've driven this way, the fellow had a modified clutch pedal installed and rigged to the throttle cable and a manual transmission brake pedal installed in place of the A/T brake pedal. (it was an F-Body, so all the bits were available to mount it)
