I noticed all the noise is at the bottom end of the motor but since I can't figure out how to work the camcorder on my phone I can't share with you the sound. Also I compared your sound and the sound I have and there are some inconsistencies to them. The knock is all the same but it gets louder if you accelerate also I have noticed some performance problems to. It don't seem to want to get up and go. It seams to hesitate a little bit when you accelerate.

Also I bought a heavier weight oil and I am gonna change out the 5W 30 I put in there. I am changing it out to a 10W 30 setup.

What engine does the car have?
I hate to say it, but it sounds like you bought somebody else'* problems. I bet it was making noise before, you throw 20w-50 in there, with lucas oil stabilizer in there, and the noise goes away, at least for a while. That jacks the oil pressure sky high (leaking oil pressure sensor is not surprising at this point) and shuts the engine up. If it is a v6, I suspect the extended life coolant was never serviced, and ate away gaskets, and dumped coolant in the oil. If it is a 4 cylinder, it could be cam noise also.
Also, a quick search tells me that you also had a plugged A/C drain, as well as an airbag deployment on the last owner due to a shorted airbag module. Based on how often inspections are in your area, I wonder if those are related as well.

Yep the Coolant system has never been serviced but needs to be due to it is running a little on the warm side. Also I put 10W 30 in it along with reconnecting a few vacuum fitting and that quieted it down a little bit.
